Both companies will collaborate to modernise and improve the port facilities while delivering increasingly sustainable and efficient management.
The concession contract, signed in September 2025, covers not only the comprehensive management of the marina but also the introduction of commercial and dining activities to stimulate and revitalise the area, as well as enhance the service offering for port clients and the surrounding community.
A series of measures are also planned to strengthen security and accessibility, including the installation of CCTV systems, upgraded lighting towers, and a 24-hour permanent surveillance post. The marina will also advance the digitalisation of services to optimise facility management and provide users with a more comfortable and secure experience across all aspects.
Mar de Cristal Marina spans a total area of over 25,000 m², offering 111 water berths for reservation and 64 dry marina cradles dry marina. With this award, the marina aims to enhance its services and continue establishing itself as a leading sports marina in the area and the Region of Murcia.
